• Audio is processed to create transcripts, timestamps, speaker information, search indexes, and catalog features.
• Speaker-related data may be sensitive and may be treated as biometric data in some jurisdictions.
• Public search or ask surfaces are owner-controlled and never enabled silently.
• We do not sell customer data.

Transcripts, speaker labels, and search results are machine-generated and may be incomplete or inaccurate, especially with overlapping speech, music, accents, names, or low-quality recordings.
